Story
This story about a Punjabi family contains drama, music, humor, and emotions. The wealthy Punjabi business entrepreneur Ramesh Arora’s son, Rohan “Mickey” Arora, resides in Delhi with his family. He secretly works as a break-up counselor, assisting people in divorcing their respective relationships with his best friend Manu, with the threat that the marriage will be annulled if they do not. The scheme, however, fails because their horoscopes coincide precisely. Mickey is upset because Tinni did not communicate with him. Tinni and Mickey began dating soon after meeting.

In order for them to have their own private place, Tinni admits that she does not want to live with his family once they are married. Instead, she wants to live separately. She attempts to end her relationship with Mickey since she is aware of how much he values his family and doesn’t want to force him to choose between them. Mickey chooses to follow through with ending the marriage since he does not want to uproot his family for her. He advises Tinni to claim that she has a job offer in Bengaluru and that she plans to relocate there after marrying. According to the plan, she tells Mickey this, and he lashes out at her and says she should have talked it through with him first since this is unacceptable to him. They separate once their marriage is terminated.
They re-connect during Kinchi’s baby shower some months later. Tinni suffers a foot injury while dancing at the event, and Mickey and his family take care of her, helping her to understand the importance of a close-knit family. Tinni learns that the breakup consultant was actually Mickey when Chhoti, Mickey’s niece, says something peculiar that she overheard Mickey say.
