Green juice is a beverage made by blending or juicing a variety of green vegetables and fruits, including kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, apple, and lemon. I have already started it and am thinking to share with you guys that this is an excellent source of vitamins. The resulting drink is a nutrient-dense and refreshing way to get more greens and other plant-based foods into your diet.
