Keep window open for air to in-and-out

Whether you have observed it or not, our home is hotter than the surrounding area. The first question that everyone has is how to beat the summer heat. Therefore, always keep your window open with cotton curtains to absorb the excessive heat from the air and keep the inside air cool.

Home appliances like oven

Our house is an electric hub; all appliances run on electricity. When we run even a bulb in daytime, it breathes out heat in some fraction. As a result, when we stop using these appliances, we have a better chance of keeping our homes cool.

Let, a water bottle be your companion

Except during the summer, we must carry a lunch box. However, during the hot season, everyone advised carrying a water bottle rather than a meal in your bag. Drinking water, especially from an earth pot, is more important than drinking water from the refrigerator.

Alter dressing style

In the 21st century, most of the clothes are hybrid (cotton and terry cotton), they are not 100% cotton. Wearing loose cotton or linen clothing in the summer is just as important as wearing a sweatshirt in the winter. White cotton clothing keeps your body cold on the outside and thus watery on the inside.

Get cold bath twice a day

A cold bath in the summer is more comfortable than a lukewarm bath. Get a cold water bath when you feel it’s hot, or twice a day is recommended. When the body temperature increases, the brain sends signals in terms of sweating the body. It means that the body is warming up and needs to cool down immediately.

More sleep reduce body heat

Experts recommend sleeping for more than 8 hours during the summer. Less you sleep, the more the temperature in your body increases. Therefore, a nap in the afternoon is salutary for brain development as well as maintaining the body temperature smoothly.

Give a stop to hot drinks

To beat the summer heat, you also have to stay away from hot drinks like tea, coffee, and other hot drinks that cause heat in the body. There are substitutes for all these; you can try iced tea, cold coffee, and other cold drinks.

Light meal with liquid food

You should ignore having hot food during lunch and dinner; better half the meal quantity. Furthermore, add liquid food like, cucumber, grapes, watermelon, musk melon, lemon juice, buttermilk, etc. Sweet also reduces heat from the body; after lunch, you can drink sugarcane juice to cool down your sweating face.

The Afternoon toes bath

Get a bucket of cold water and immerse both legs in it. Therefore, you can do this practice while you work from home, watch TV or films, or read your favorite books.

Change the floor if you have more than two-story building

If you are a landlord in a three-story building, you can simply shift your bedroom to the first floor. The top floor is always more susceptible to heating than the ground floor. Moreover, you can paint the building white to avoid direct heat absorption from the sunlight.

Use fan to let warm air out

Purchase a blower fan or use the kitchen or bathroom fan to vent the warm air and ventilate the floor automatically. As a result, when the blower removes the hot air from the room, the open windows allow fresh air to enter.
Try out these tips for sure at home, and you will definitely achieve the best result as expected. Furthermore, read about Why Indian Newborn Baby Care Is Getting More Popular.
