- Venue: 3rd Floor, GCoE Office, Giga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune
- Number of Positions: 30
- Shift: Night shift only
Role Overview:
As a Senior Process Analyst in Operations, you will be the primary point of contact for managing the underwriting and binding of accounts/policies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery of policies, while maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for underwriting and policy binding.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and policy delivery.
- Manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams.
- Collect necessary information for underwriting and bind policies.
- Maintain and organize policy documents.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in an international BPO/KPO setting within the insurance industry (mandatory).
- Expertise in Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines is a must.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and client management.
