Today I woke up reading the newspaper that says ‘Golden Visa‘, ‘Permanent placement‘, ‘Good Salary‘ and a chance to get settled in the UAE. Indeed, this week’s most talked-about subject in many countries. Also one of the new hot topics on social media. First of all, it is not going to value you staying in the UAE and spending $2 million. It is better to go for Oxford or find the finest education elsewhere. I wouldn’t spend that much money if I were a student and wanted to study in the United Arab Emirates. It is simply costly, which will cost more than my education fees. Before taking any decision, I would suggest getting some reviews from the students already living their life. This is a must-have reaction from many of their parents and relatives.

My first question is, why do you want to go to the UAE for education, if you are thinking so? Why does it resonate with you? Are you taking this opportunity as a chance, thinking that you will get a good job? You will get settled down there and get a permanent visa. No! When I go through the official website, it is not just costing you only $2 million but much more than that. It is a long-term residency visa system that has been activated by a decision of the Council of Ministers. It is just an entry fee to stand in the long-awaited queue. Ok, let me explain to you in detail. The country’s motive behind announcing this visa is to grow in terms of science and business economy. Are you a landlord and want to buy another piece of land to set up a business? Or are you a skilled person in science and technology? The country’s aim is to find resources and manpower and attract the investors. If you are following that, you will need to present your documentation attesting to your qualifications and level of education. It is therefore for a preliminary test. It will be done based on your background.

You need a degree from an accredited college or school to show that you are the best candidate and could add value to their country. It is like selling the best talents from your motherland, isn’t it? Every country strives to get a place in every field, like science, arts, culture, business and many other things. You must be thinking, What are those conditions and criteria?. Let’s take a dig. There are different guidelines for different sectors.

Criteria for Golden Visa If you are interested to pursue

If you have business ideas or investment plans and wish to establish yourself legally in the UAE, a letter is required for the investment fund approved in the UAE. It must be stating that there is a deposit of 2 million dirhams. Or else a valid commercial or industrial licence with the company’s incorporation contract with the investor so that the investor’s capital is not less than 2 million dirhams. And another important thing is that it should not be financed by a loan.

Therefore, if you feel that you are an outstanding student, you need to produce a letter from the Ministry of Education. It is for a minimum of five years, and it can extend if you go for higher studies. Visit the official site if you want to apply for a Golden Visa updates. There are good universities like Abu Dhabi University, United Arab Emirates University, American University and many others. Finally, it is your call whether you want to go for a job or education or walk in there as a businessman. However, it is indeed a good chance for the one who permanently wants to move to the UAE with a business and provide their kids with quality education.
